Best rent car service out there. I reserved their 26” Kia Seltos to be picked up at the SDQ airport, but then cancelled a couple hours later because I got a loaner from someone. Cancellation was smooth and no hassle over anything. After using the loaner for a couple days the battery went out so I needed a car replacement. So I had to text BS again late at night. Victor was very understanding of the situation and they got me a car for the first thing next morning to the Airbnb I was at. Because it was so late, there was a 3 row seating Highlander, a 3 row seating Grand Cherokee, and a diesel Hilux (pick up truck). We agreed on a 26” Toyota Hilux, but unfortunately the driver had a fender bender on the way to the drop off at the Airbnb. Immediately Victor called me and explained the situation. Due to that car being unavailable, Victor brought me the next car he had, which was a 23” Grand Cherokee L Limited (all bells and whistles and way better than the Hilux). The pick up truck was convenient on paper (better mileage because it was diesel), but I did ended up using all of the 3 row seating on the Cherokee while driving around with family and friends (which I wouldn’t have done if I’ve been in the Hilux). And let’s be honest, that SUV is a great looking vehicle and way more comfortable than the other options. Lastly, easy drop off at the SDQ airport.
Totally recommend it and will definitely use it again.
Pd: I might have passed by some places just so they see me driving that car… And also might have used the remote start on it so people see me walking up to it too.
